The staff was friendly and attentive during my stay, but the
cleanliness of the room was concerning. I noted dust in the corners and the bathroom required a deeper clean. However, the hotel is conveniently located near attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

5/10
The place was decent, but it had its quirks. Had a cozy little spot to rest my head after the football game. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise 'cause I got to munch on waffles and coffee. Just wish the cleanliness had been better 'cause I spotted some dust in the corners.

I liked the convenient location near Raymond James Stadium. it made getting to events easy. The complimentary breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, with a good variety of items that helped start my mornings right. The room I stayed in had a nice setup, comfortable for relaxing after a long day. However, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I noticed some dust in the corners, and the sink water pressure was frustratingly low. A couple of towels were missing from my room, and I had to request them each night. Also, I had to deal with the issue of the hotel not returning my incidental fees after checkout, which was disappointing. It felt like a hit-or-miss between enjoyable aspects and the ones that seriously need attention.

missingWrote a review on Oct 14decent locationbetter parkingpoor maintenance
The location is decent for event-goers with proximity to the stadium. Parking availability seemed better than many places in the area, making it easy to come and go.
The condition of the property is rough. the hallways are littered with cardboard boxes, giving a neglected vibe. My room had a foul odor and the tub was painted poorly, with flaking paint creating a disgusting shower experience. I found a significant gap around my room door, making it feel insecure and inviting outside noise. Even the bathroom shower had a severe crack, and there were clumps of hair left in the drain, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. It’s unfortunate, but this place needs serious upkeep.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and I loved how friendly the staff was during check-in. However, the cleanliness of the room was a huge letdown. It wasn't what I expected from the photos, and there was dust in the corners. The bathroom could use better maintenance too, as it felt like it needed a good deep clean. Still, it was cozy enough for a quick stay after the football game.
